In December 1928, the Danish Lutheran congregation raised sufficient funds to purchase four lots on 10th Avenue, and by February 1931, the new church was completed. In 2025, the congregation worked closely with Paul to carry out a carefully planned interior renovation, ensuring the church could meet the needs of a modern congregation. The updates included a fully upgraded kitchen and the addition of an elevator, enhancing accessibility to all levels while preserving the building’s historic character and architectural integrity.
